• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in corporate settings.
• Exposure to workers' compensation, allied health, or claims-related settings is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build relationships.
• Resilience and sound judgement for complex, sensitive, or high-pressure claims.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely, compliant outcomes.
• Coordinate treatment and support safe return-to-work outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers, injured workers, practitioners and stakeholders to drive proactive claims management.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation in line with regulatory, contractual, and audit requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
