Qualifications

• Experience in claims management or strong customer service skills.
• Allied health experience is desirable.
• Empathetic, resilient, and customer-centric approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of CTP claims.
• Proactively coordinate rehabilitation providers and approval of plans.
• Conduct health promotion activities to support recovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored claims management strategies.
• Comply with legislative and internal policies.
• Provide a tailored, effective, client-focused service experience.
