Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will manage a portfolio of claims, investigate disputes and communicate complex information to customers. Qualifications

• Experience in claims assessment for Life Insurance, Workers Compensation or Health Insurance is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims to achieve timely outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve disputes.
• Prioritise workload to meet SLAs.
• Prepare customer communications including complex information and adverse decision notices.
