Job summary

EML in Sydney is seeking a Case Manager to support CTP claims and help injured claimants return to work. You will manage a portfolio of claims, liaise with claimants and healthcare providers, and deliver client‑centred service with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications

Experience in claims management, or strong customer service, or Allied Health background.
Empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to client-centric support.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of CTP claims.
Proactively coordinate rehabilitation providers and approve rehabilitation/wellness plans.
Promote health and wellbeing to empower claimants in treatment and recovery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver personalised claims management strategies.
Ensure service delivery complies with legislation and internal policies.
Provide a tailored, effective, client-focused service experience.
