Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards) in a relevant area, together with substantial relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating complex organisational change or transition initiatives, including the development and implementation of relevant planning documentation.
• Highly developed interpersonal, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to build productive relationships, facilitate collaboration, provide advice, influence outcomes and work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, including reviewing business processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing effective operational and procedural improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills, including the ability to identify emerging issues, assess risks, develop practical solutions and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of change and transition activities, providing both strategic and operational support throughout the transition period.
• Coordinate and support the successful implementation of the associated change and transition activities, providing best-practice change management support.
• Work closely with School leadership, academic and professional staff to support the transition to the new School structure.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of change and transition activities during the fixed-term appointment.
