You will be part of a collaborative team of colleagues and oversee planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse suite of programs,

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience supporting student engagement programs.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple programs or initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across teams and partnerships.
• Highly organised with advanced administrative skills using digital systems.
• Experience planning and delivering events or activities with smooth logistics.
• Ability to analyse program data and feedback to inform service improvements.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of EAIT’s co-curricular employability programs.
• Engage with industry partners, alumni and academics to shape content.
• Collect and analyse program data, feedback and outcomes to evaluate initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team systems and processes.
