Qualifications

• At least five to seven years in compliance or risk within financial services.
• Experience dealing with regulatory obligations under relevant acts and guides.
• Ability to balance commercial needs with legal risk and reputational concerns.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign-off on promotional material.
• Coordinate regulatory lodgements and statutory obligations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Design practical workflow improvements to reduce manual admin.
• Assist in implementing technology solutions and automated tracking.
• Maintain compliance monitoring programs and controls.
