DUAL Australia Pty Limited is seeking an experienced compliance professional to embed the Compliance Management Framework and uplift compliance maturity across the ANZ business. Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, investigate issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the confidence to educate, advise and influence stakeholders.
• Experience interpreting complex regulatory requirements and translating them into clear business processes and controls.
• Knowledge of compliance management frameworks, monitoring, reporting, incident handling and breach resolution.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Compliance Management Framework.
• Develop and deliver the Compliance Monitoring Plan including reviews, testing and action tracking.
• Prepare clear compliance reporting for senior management, committees and the Board.
• Translate regulatory obligations into practical processes and controls with stakeholders.
• Manage compliance incidents, breaches and remediation tracking, including root cause analysis.
• Maintain governance processes, registers, regulatory change tracking and audit support.
• Oversee financial crime compliance arrangements including sanctions screening.
• Develop and improve compliance policies, procedures and guidance.
• Support third‑party risk management and assurance activities from a compliance perspective.
• Provide practical advice to strengthen compliance awareness and ownership across the business.
