Job summary

ASX in Sydney seeks a Risk and Compliance Change Manager for a 12-month max term contract. You will coordinate risk and compliance activities, embed risk culture, and provide guidance on control testing, incidents, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

You’ll partner with Line 1 risk teams and other business units to mature risk maturity, support regulatory reporting, and help embed ASX’s risk and compliance framework across the organisation. Hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and compliance assessments, control testing and incident management.
• Ability to build strong internal relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for maturing Line 1 Risk and Compliance capabilities.
• Advise Risk business units on risk, compliance and control initiatives.
• Lead risk and compliance assessments and develop action plans to improve the control environment.
• Contribute to Board and regulatory reporting and prepare information packs for risk groups.
• Collaborate to embed Operational Risk Management and Compliance Frameworks.
• Prepare monthly risk forum packs.
