Job summary

E&P Financial Group, Sydney, is seeking a Manager – Risk & Compliance for a 12-month, part-time contract. You will support the risk and compliance team, overseeing daily operations and working both independently and with the team in a hybrid Sydney setting.

Key responsibilities include AML/CTF, privacy, policy improvements, reporting to boards, and engagement with senior management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in risk/compliance and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk and/or compliance within the financial services sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (law, commerce, finance and/or accounting preferred).
• Proactive and motivated with strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing compliance support and advice to representatives and stakeholders to ensure continued compliance with requirements.
• Enhance the Line 2 supervision and monitoring framework.
• Conduct ongoing and thematic supervision and monitoring activities, particularly AML/CTF and Privacy.
