Zusammenfassung

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to support the Compliance & Risk function in delivering the annual Compliance Plan review and related projects. The role involves strengthening the control environment, implementing regulatory changes, and improving processes and reporting.

The candidate will oversee gaps, drive efficiency, and collaborate with senior management, directors, clients and stakeholders to ensure robust compliance across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Seven+ years of experience in compliance or related role at a fund manager or investment management business.
• Good working knowledge of Corporations Act and ASIC Regulatory Guides.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience balancing commercial considerations with risk and governance.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the annual Compliance Plan review and enhance controls and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate and deliver assigned compliance/regulatory projects within timelines.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve compliance workflows and reporting.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, incident management and governance activities.
