Pivot Wealth is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for Australians ready to take their money game to the next level. You will book high-quality conversations with Relationship Managers and help shape messaging with Sales and Marketing.

This hybrid Sydney-based role offers an above-market base plus monthly commissions, with ongoing coaching and a supportive team culture that prioritizes growth and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in B2B or service sectors.
• Curious, coachable and motivated by the chase.
• Wants to grow within a supportive, growth-minded company.
• Enjoys talking to people and telling stories.
• Values performance and people impact.

Responsabilités

• Book high-converting conversations with Relationship Managers.
• Schedule meetings for sales leads and manage calendars.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize messaging.
• Cold calling with warm and inbound leads provided.
• Manage back-end workflows and follow-ups.
• Pursue only suitable prospects and chase qualified outcomes.
