A fast-paced, high-velocity environment with early opportunities to move into a closing seat awaits the right candidate. In this hybrid Brisbane role, you will build lists, run qualification calls, and hand off qualified meetings to BDMs.

Qualifications

• Track record in high-volume, target-driven role (SDR, outbound, or B2C sales).
• Demonstrated ability to hit numbers and manage pipelines.
• Comfort making cold calls and handling inbound inquiries.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and calendar scheduling.
• Able to work in a hybrid Brisbane-based setup.

Responsibilities

• Own the first conversation with brokerage principals via phone-first approach, backed by email and LinkedIn sequences.
• Respond to inbound inquiries within minutes, qualify, and book or disqualify next steps.
• Run sharp qualification calls covering brokerage size, deal volume, and decision makers.
• Book qualified discovery meetings into BDM calendars with actionable handovers.
• Build and maintain target lists by broker size, region, and aggregator.
• Keep the CRM clean; your pipeline is the evidence of progress.
• Sharpen performance with direct feedback from BDMs on meeting quality.
