Job summary

Domain is a leading property technology and services marketplace in Australia. We seek an HR Advisor to join the team on a 12-month FTC, reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, delivering core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle.

You will help ensure our people processes are efficient, employee-centric and compliant, maintain HR data accuracy, and support a range of HR processes including onboarding, changes and exits.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or People Services is preferred.
• Ability to manage HR data accurately and in line with policies.
• Exposure to Australian employment legislation and compliance advised.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle.
• Triages and resolves shared services tickets within SLA/KPI.
• Maintain reliable HR data across systems and reconcile records.
• Continuously review processes to improve efficiency and standardisation.
• Provide responsive support to employees and leaders.
