Job summary

Peoplecorp in Sydney is seeking an HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Head of HR. You will deliver hands-on HR business partnering, coach junior staff, and refine HR processes while supporting performance and remuneration cycles, including promotions.

Based in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment across Sydney and Newcastle, you will influence senior stakeholders and help shape the organisation's people agenda during this pivotal period.

Qualifications

• Around 7+ years HR experience in a smaller or lean organisation.
• Exposure to HR management level and reporting to senior HR leaders.
• Experience in coaching/mentoring HR professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR business partnering.
• Coach and mentor junior HR team members.
• Lead process improvements across HR practices.
• Support performance and remuneration cycles including promotions.
• Contribute to WGEA reporting, surveys, and benefits analysis.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.
