Job summary

deliberatepractice is seeking a capable People Services Support on a temporary basis in the Melbourne CBD with flexible work conditions. This role sits between a Coordinator and Advisor level and spans onboarding, HR administration, compliance and employee lifecycle activities.

You’ll be the trusted first point of contact for HR queries, support across systems and reporting, and contribute to process improvements and data integrity across the People function.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Services, HR operations, or advisory roles.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries through HR inbox and service channels; triage requests and provide guidance.
• Process onboarding, job and contract changes, mobility, offboarding and related documentation.
• Maintain high-quality employee, position and organisational data; complete transactions, validations and spot checks.
• Build effective relationships across People & Safety, People Partners, Centres of Expertise, digital teams, leaders and contractors.
• Support projects, system improvements and process changes including testing and communications.
