Job summary

Domain is seeking an HR Advisor in Australia to join our HR Shared Services team on a 12 month FTC. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, changes and exits, while ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance across HRIS and payroll systems.

You’ll triage shared services tickets, drive process improvements, and partner with leaders to deliver a seamless, employee-centric experience across domains. A proactive, detail‑oriented HR professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Interest in HR Operations or People Services and a desire to build a career in People & Culture.
• Initiative to improve the experience and proactively solve problems.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and compliance obligations.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems or ticketing platforms.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist/HR Advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and exits.
• Triaging, actioning or escalatING shared services tickets against SLA/KPI targets.
• Maintain reliable HR data across systems and reconcile records regularly.
• Continuously review workflows to improve efficiency and standardisation.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver people initiatives and policy adherence.
