Job summary

National Library of Australia in Canberra is seeking an APS 6 Workforce Reporting and Systems Coordinator to join the Human Resource Section for a 12-month non-ongoing contract.

The role focuses on improving workforce systems and processes, turning workforce data into insights for leaders. Applicants should have experience with HR systems such as Aurion, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or SQL to develop dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HR, payroll or workforce systems, preferably Aurion or a similar enterprise HRMIS.
• Strong workforce reporting, data analysis and problem-solving capability.
• Experience interpreting workforce data and identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SQL or similar platforms.

• Develop dashboards, reports and insights for a range of audiences.
