What you'll do

• Prepare workforce reports, dashboards and analysis for managers and executives.
• Maintain position and establishment data and support organisational design activities.
• Help develop reporting processes, data quality controls and workforce governance arrangements.
• Analyse workforce trends, risks and opportunities to support planning.
• Coordinate initiatives such as the APS Employee Census and associated action plans.
• Improve HR processes and support learning and development activities.

About you

You bring strong HR knowledge and experience preparing, analysing or interpreting workforce information.

• An understanding of workforce reporting, planning, position management or organisational design.
• The ability to explain data and insights clearly to different audiences.
• Experience improving processes, systems or reporting arrangements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and practical problem-solving skills.
• The ability to coordinate initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting tools or data visualisation platforms would be advantageous. There is also scope to develop your capability in these areas.

Relevant tertiary qualifications are valued but are not essential.

Australian citizenship is required. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance if required, and satisfy relevant pre-employment checks.
