• Experience managing people management, HRIS or payroll systems (Aurion/Workday/SAP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders across ACU to design and implement system-based people management solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including process maps, business requirements, functional specs, test plans, training content and user guides.
• Establish effective relationships with People & Capability, university stakeholders and external providers to ensure delivery aligns with project goals.
