Job summary

Australian National University in Canberra is seeking a proactive HR Systems Support leader to supervise a team and ensure high-quality payroll and HR system services. You will guide delivery, resolve complex queries, and collaborate with campus HR teams to uphold service levels.

Led by the Manager, HR Data Integrity and Insights, the role focuses on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable support for Payroll and HR systems across ANU.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a service environment.
• Experience with Payroll Processing, Peoplesoft and/or Page Up would be highly regarded.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of customer focussed HR Systems Support staff.
• Deliver excellent and timely customer service and technical support.
• Ensure accurate and timely technical support to the payroll team.
• Solve complex queries and questions and deliver timely solutions.
• Help prioritise workload for the team.
