Confidential Organisation in Australia is seeking a Payroll Manager to own the national payroll function, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely delivery of payroll services across the organisation.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, IT and HR to support payroll system enhancements and process improvements while maintaining data integrity and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll management experience across a national function.
• Experience with Aurion Payroll (highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate and timely processing of a national salaried payroll.
• Maintain payroll records and data integrity.
• Respond to payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Process salary packaging and payroll adjustments.
• Complete payroll reconciliations and support finance activities.
• Prepare payroll-related statutory returns and reporting.
