Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking an HR Operations Manager in Canberra to lead the operational governance and continuous improvement of People & Culture systems and processes on site.

Reporting to the National Manager, People Partnering, you will drive HR technology, project delivery and employee lifecycle administration, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT and operations to deliver accurate, efficient services and implement practical improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, HR systems or People & Culture process improvement.
• Experience coordinating system enhancements, automation or integration initiatives.
• Strong project coordination skills, including implementation, testing and change management.
• Experience preparing employment contracts, variations and employee lifecycle documentation.

Responsibilities

• Optimising HR systems: governance, configuration, upgrades and integrations.
• Leading People & Culture projects from scoping to implementation and review.
• Managing employee documentation: contracts, variations and case files.
• Coordinating operational requests through JIRA and other ticketing tools.
• Improving onboarding, lifecycle processes and data integrity across teams.
