Job summary

University of Sydney seeks a Senior Systems Consultant to lead HRIS system support across the university. You will ensure usability, data integrity, accuracy and compliance while coordinating testing and updates.

Ideal candidates will have post graduate qualifications and demonstrable experience with Workday or Ascender Pay, plus strong stakeholder collaboration and training delivery skills.

Qualifications

• Post graduate qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with large HRIS, data extraction and data integrity.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades or projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to HR groups and University managers using HRIS.
• Design tools/materials to support HR staff and end users, including training.
• Ensure approval flows and automated notifications meet policy requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, patches, fixes and updates with minimal disruption.
