You will work in a hands-on team, improving processes and ensuring accurate data while gaining exposure to salary benchmarking and HR projects.

Qualifikationen

• Exposure to HR administration or HR support tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and collaborative mindset.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Transfer employee documents into HR files (contracts, probation, leave).
• Organise HR folders and standardise file names.
• Update and maintain employee information in Workday.
• Prepare People & Culture newsletter content.
• Coordinate calendar for employee benefits promotions.
• Collaborate with managers to update position descriptions.
• Assist with creating and uploading Workday job profiles and salary benchmarking.
