Job summary

Hastings Deering, based in Acacia Ridge, is seeking a People Systems Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract to join the People and Culture function. Reporting to the Systems Enablement Lead, you will drive Workday roadmap delivery, analyse processes, and deliver system improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Experience with HRIS or Workday preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Experience in interpreting business requirements and translating to system solutions.
Proven ability to coordinate testing activities and defect management.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of the Workday roadmap and system enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into solutions.
Analyse current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
Develop and maintain business requirements, process maps and test scripts.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and validate solutions.
Maintain data integrity and governance across people data.
