Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a People Systems Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. You will drive the Workday HRIS roadmap, partner with stakeholders, and deliver system improvements across the employee lifecycle to enhance data quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HRIS or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Good stakeholder engagement and data governance skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT and testing activities.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement practical system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the HRIS Workday roadmap with enhancements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into system solutions.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, process maps and business cases.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Investigate and resolve complex system, workflow, and data issues.
• Maintain data governance and data quality through audits and validations.
• Build relationships across People & Culture, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and IT teams.
