Job summary

REA Group in Australia is seeking a People Systems Analyst to optimise Workday and related HR platforms. You will maintain HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence & Time Tracking configurations, security, reporting and integrations to ensure data quality and strong user experience.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform improvements, manage incidents end-to-end, and contribute to automation and AI-enabled capabilities

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the HR Tech landscape.
• Experience configuring Workday HCM across multiple functional areas.
• Exposure to security, reporting, data loads and integrations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing operation and optimisation of Workday and related people systems focusing on reliability and user experience.
• Maintain configuration across Workday modules (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence & Time Tracking) including security, reporting and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical platform improvements and drive automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Coordinate release activity, testing and deployment to ensure changes are safe and effective.
• Manage requests and system incidents end-to-end with clear communication to stakeholders.
