Effective HR is seeking a Partner Success Specialist for Employment Hero to orchestrate end-to-end EH implementations, ensure data accuracy, and enable clients through training and ongoing support. You’ll work closely with clients to tailor EH setups, migrate data, configure workflows, and translate product updates into practical benefits.

You will lead workshops, deliver user guides, and empower client teams while collaborating with internal support and sales.

Qualificações

• Extensive (minimum 10 years’) experience operating as a HR professional, ideally with a consulting background.
• Experience implementing or configuring Employment Hero HR & Payroll (or comparable HRIS/payroll platforms).
• Strong communication, training and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end EH implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure EH workflows, data migration, and client onboarding.
• Deliver structured training and user enablement sessions.
• Support sales enablement and partner portal activities.
• Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Develop internal SOPs, checklists and implementation playbooks.
