Job summary

Employment Hero’s Partner Success Specialist role focuses on enabling clients through end-to-end deployments of the EH HR & Payroll platform. You will lead projects, migrate data, configure workflows, and roll out new features to maximise client outcomes.

You will deliver structured training to client admins and end users, create comprehensive guides, and collaborate with sales on handovers and demos. This role emphasises strong communication, problem-solving and multi-project delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring Employment Hero HR & Payroll (or comparable HRIS/payroll platforms).
• Strong project coordination skills: planning, milestones, risks, stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail with data handling, imports and reconciliation.
• Confident trainer/facilitator with ability to run workshops and demos.
• Clear written communication skills for user guides and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EH implementations from kick-off to go-live.
• Configure EH data migrations and system configuration.
• Roll out new features and optimisations to improve client outcomes.
• Deliver training and workshops to client admins and end-users.
• Develop and maintain user guides, step-by-step instructions and resources.
• Support sales enablement and partner portal administration.
• Provide ongoing client support and issue troubleshooting.
