Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Partner Success Specialist in New South Wales to lead end-to-end implementations of the EH HR & Payroll platform for clients, ensuring projects meet scope and timelines while training client users and internal teams.

You will manage data migration, configure workflows, rollout new features, optimise usage, and provide high-quality troubleshooting and guidance to help clients realise value and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring Employment Hero HR & Payroll or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Strong project coordination with milestones, risks and stakeholders.
• High attention to data handling, imports and reconciliation.
• Ability to translate system capability into practical business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EH implementations from kick-off to go-live with on-time delivery.
• Manage data migration, configuration, and client handover to support teams.
• Roll out new EH features and optimizations to improve client outcomes.
• Deliver structured training, workshops and user enablement for clients and admins.
• Support sales enablement and partner portal administration activities.
• Provide ongoing platform troubleshooting and timely guidance to clients.
