Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to lead end-to-end EH HR & Payroll platform implementations for client teams. You will manage projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinate data migration, and configure workflows to match client requirements.

You’ll train client admins, create guides, run workshops, and drive adoption while ensuring compliance and high client satisfaction. This role embraces remote-first collaboration and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of the IR/ER space and ability to field complex queries.
• Ability to use AI-first approach to improve HR advice.
• Excellent stakeholder management with C-suite and managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR advisory and client management across a portfolio.
• Lead AI-driven HR initiatives and document AI hacks.
• Coordinate implementation projects end-to-end using EH platform.
• Deliver training and enablement for clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance and HR policy alignment across clients.
