Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a SaaS Implementations Project Manager to lead multiple high-value customer deployments, guiding projects from sale through go-live. You’ll collaborate with HR and Payroll teams, data analysts, and offshore resources to deliver value and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will manage a portfolio of 20–30 concurrent projects, drive change management, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve timely, quality outcomes in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project managing SaaS implementations for small and medium businesses.
• 3+ years managing a portfolio of projects (up to 50 at a time).
• Project Management qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience with HR and Payroll is highly desirable but not essential.
• Process improvement experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement.
• Effective time management and schedule management.
• Attention to detail with risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software implementation projects for high value customers (20-30 projects).
• Lead the customer journey from sale completion to go-live and business as usual.
• Coordinate with Payroll & HR Consultants and Data Analysts to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers, resolve issues swiftly, and optimize resource use.
• Apply standard project management fundamentals and continuously improve delivery processes.
