Job summary

Chandler Macleod seeks a Partner Success Specialist to lead end-to-end Employment Hero implementations, ensuring scope, timelines and data integrity. You will train client users, configure HRIS/payroll modules, and drive ongoing enablement and optimization across multiple client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Employment Hero or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Strong project coordination with milestones, risks and stakeholders.
• High attention to data handling, imports and reconciliation.
• Ability translating system capability into practical business processes.
• Confident trainer/facilitator able to run workshops and demos.
• Clear written communication for user guides and instructions.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong troubleshooting capability.
• Capable of managing multiple client projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Employment Hero implementations on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain and update project plans, tasks, milestones and risks.
• Gather information from clients for data migration and configurations.
• Configure EH to align with client requirements and processes.
• Prepare, cleanse and validate client data for import/migration.
• Set up core system configurations: approvals, onboarding workflows, roles and permissions.
• Review usage and roll out features to improve client outcomes.
• Provide structured training to client admins and end users.
• Create user guides and run workshops with HR partners.
• Support internal teams with SOPs, playbooks and knowledge uplift.
• Demos for prospects and clients via Employment Hero Partner Portal.
