Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle and HR operations.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain HRIS records and run routine workforce metrics and reporting.
• Support company-wide HR cycles including performance appraisals and training tracking.
• Assist with policy queries and update HR documentation to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain training matrices.
• Support engagement initiatives and promote company values and safety.
