Job summary

Randstad in Nerang, Queensland, is seeking a HR Program Support professional to deliver end-to-end HR services, manage inductions and exits, and support payroll activities with HR systems for reporting.

This full-time casual role offers an hourly rate of AU$60.06–$65.82 plus super, based on experience, with an initial 12-month assignment and potential extension. Applicants must have right to work in Australia and pass screening.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resource Management practice and principles.
• Strong analytical and research skills with good judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused relationships.
• Self-directed with ability to handle unexpected priorities and escalate when needed.
• Experience using HRIS for data entry, interrogation and routine reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR policy and legislation.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions and exit processes.
• Assist with establishment management, payroll activities and HR documentation.
• Utilise HRIS platforms for data entry, interrogation and reporting.
• Support regional culture and recognition initiatives and continuous improvement.
