Job summary

Randstad is seeking an HR Program Support specialist for a full-time, permanent role based in Nerang, QLD. You will work within the HR program support team delivering end-to-end HR services, including inductions, exits, payroll support, and HR data reporting.

The position requires experience in HR management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. The assignment is a 12-month full-time casual engagement with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resource Management practice and principles.
• Experience with HRIS data entry and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR policy, procedure, and legislative matters.
• Coordinate regional onboarding, inductions, and exit processes.
• Assist with establishment management, payroll activities, and standard HR documentation.
• Utilise HRIS platforms for data entry, interrogation, and regular operational reports.
• Support regional culture and recognition initiatives and continuous improvement.
