Job summary

POP MART OCEANIA PTY LTD in Sydney seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support our Australia and New Zealand business. The role blends business partnering, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement and office administration to keep people processes running smoothly.

You will partner with managers and employees, manage onboarding and offboarding in Workday, coordinate payroll with ADP, and drive initiatives to improve the employee experience across retail and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Generalist, HR Operations, HRBP or Payroll role.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment practices and lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating payroll, payroll reporting, tax and superannuation obligations.
• Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate payroll activities in partnership with ADP.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
• Provide HR business partnering across managers and employees.
• Oversee office administration and HR documentation.
