Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is recruiting a Senior People Operations Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment with a market-leading APAC technology infrastructure business. Based in Sydney, you will join a dynamic People & Culture team, driving process efficiency, systems optimization, and APAC operational excellence.

You will lead end-to-end employee lifecycle improvements, administer HR tech (BambooHR, SuccessFactors, Jira, HireRight), and support complex mobility and relocations while mentoring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or similar
• Experience with HRIS administration and migrations is a plus
• Demonstrated discretion with sensitive employee matters
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability for quick notice
• Experience in a shared services environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and improve onboarding
• Administer HR tech ecosystem including BambooHR, SuccessFactors, Jira, HireRight
• Lead data governance and conduct audits across APAC operations
• Support complex employee cases including mobility and relocations
• Act as escalation lead and mentor junior People Ops Coordinators
