Job summary

Michael Page Australia partners with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator on an initial 6‑month contract with potential extension. The role supports Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and a range of people-focused initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include end-to-end TA support, graduate program logistics, onboarding, and HR project coordination while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a HR environment.
• Talent Acquisition coordination or HR administration.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with initiative.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• WorkCover certificate is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Talent Acquisition support, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with graduate program logistics and administration.
• Support HR onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support across HR activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR process compliance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality service.
