Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in Port Melbourne is seeking an HR Coordinator to join a busy national services organisation on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, maintain HRIS records (Workday), generate routine reports, and support employee relations. The role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, systems management, and workplace compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and HR admin/coordination.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to deal with managers and frontline staff.
• Comfortable with HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Relevant qualification in HR or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening, pre-employment medicals, background checks, issuing contracts, and inductions.
• Manage employee records in the HRIS (Workday), resolve system queries, and run regular workforce reports.
• Process contract changes, handle visa checks, casual conversions, and general HR documentation.
• ER support: address workplace matters and grievances; support retention, referrals and related programs.
