• Minimum 5 years' experience across HR/talent acquisition
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and building talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong candidate care and professional experience for hiring managers
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HR/recruitment systems and data reporting

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Deliver full-cycle recruitment services including sourcing, pre-interview screening, interview coordination and offers.
• Manage the background screening and onboarding processes.
• Manage the internal referral process for all vacancies.
• Assist with reporting and general HR support.
• Support HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver workforce solutions aligned with strategic goals.
