Job summary

You will manage HR systems, maintain records, and support multiple teams in a fast-paced fintech environment. Strong stakeholder engagement and 3+ years HR/administrative experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and recruiters.
• Minimum of 3 years’ HR or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Xero or MYOB.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and process data and maintain HR systems and folders.
• Recruit for IT development and general operations roles.
• Provide training, performance development and employee relations.
• Oversee on-boarding & off-boarding.
• Manage allowances, sales bonus letters and general personnel management.
• Create and maintain employee files and records.
• Provide solutions to personnel issues and coordinate internal/external activities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and HR admin support.
