Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking an HR Officer to join a growing financial services firm in Sydney. You will oversee recruitment, interview processes and general HR needs, reporting to directors and collaborating with team leaders to fulfill recruitment requirements.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding, employee relations, training, performance reviews and contract generation, with data entry and HR system maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in IT firms.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with stakeholders and recruiters would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with software packages such as MS Office, MYOB, Xero.

We are looking for passionate individuals with experience in Human Resources who are to join an expanding financial services firm in Sydney. As an HR Officer, you will be looking after recruitment, interview process and general HR needs. You will report to the directors and work closely with other team leaders to meet all recruitment needs.
