Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking an HR Officer to join a growing financial services firm in Sydney. You will oversee recruitment, interview processes and general HR needs, reporting to directors and collaborating with team leaders to fulfill recruitment requirements.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding, employee relations, training, performance reviews and contract generation, with data entry and HR system maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative role, preferably in IT firms.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with stakeholders and recruiters would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with software packages such as MS Office, MYOB, Xero.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of various roles including IT development and general operations.
• Maintain HR systems and folders, enter and process data.
• Provide HR administrative support across teams.
• Focus on employee relations, training and performance development.
• Direct onboarding, internal changes & off-boarding, allowances and letters, personnel management.
• Regular performance reviews.
• Generate all contracts of employment and internal employee letters.
• Offer solutions to personnel issues.
• Manage internal and external activities.
