Job summary

FutureYou is seeking an energetic HR Adviser to join our team on-site in NSW. You’ll drive recruitment, onboarding and broader HR coordination, partnering with an experienced HR Leader to deliver practical, timely support across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll be hands-on, highly organized and relationship-focused, building a positive candidate and employee experience while contributing to process improvements and a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and documents.
• Strong communication with employees, managers and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Australian employment practices and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple roles and business areas.
• Work with hiring managers on requirements and job advertisements.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support screening, references and pre-employment checks.
• Prepare employment offers, contracts and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer to start date.
• Organise new starter inductions and system access setup.
• Provide timely HR support to employees and managers.
