Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a passionate HR Advisor to support finance industry teams with recruitment, employee relations, training and performance development. Reporting to company directors, you will work with department heads and team leaders on all HR needs.

You will maintain HR systems, handle onboarding and offboarding, manage contracts and letters, and liaise with recruiters and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR or related administrative experience.
• Experience recruiting in any field is essential.
• Experience in admin-based roles within a dynamic professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to liaise with recruiters and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR systems and folders with data entry and processing.
• Provide advice on personnel issues.
• Coordinate performance reviews with team leads.
• Manage onboarding, internal changes and off-boarding, sales bonus letters, allowances and general personnel management.
• Recruitment for roles including Operations and IT Development.
• Oversee internal and external activity management.
• Generate employment contracts and internal employee letters.
