Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and develop procedures for the Housing Service Centre.
• Handle customer service via phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative services.
• Support workplace health and safety policies in daily operations.
• Occasionally undertake off-site visits to homes as required.
