Job summary

SGCH is hiring in Sydney for a Housing Access & Demand Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for housing pathways and access services. You will ensure vulnerable people receive timely, fair access and lead a Pathways Officers team while coordinating with government agencies and internal partners.

The role requires experience in housing or human services operations, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in social work or related field.
• Ability to provide strategic leadership for housing pathways and services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with government and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead housing access, demand management, and assistance services.
• Drive strategic planning, service improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Oversee housing assessments and complex eligibility matters.
