Scope Australia in Warrnambool is seeking a House Supervisor to lead a small team and deliver person-centred support for people with disability. The role is permanent full-time and based in Warrnambool with a structured roster.

Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support promoting dignity and independence.
Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures.
Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access.
Use calm communication and de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern.
Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans.
Maintain clear documentation and communicate with the wider team.
Bring patience, reliability and a calm, supportive approach on every shift.

As a House Supervisor, you will work with a team of on and off-site specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures consistently
Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access
Use calm communication and effective de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern
Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans
Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team
Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift

What you'll need:

You will be required to hold an Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent to meet the criteria for this role.
Availability to work all below listed shifts.
